If you haven't had mustard-based bbq sauce, you are missing out! My husband is from South Carolina. This is where I was introduced to mustard BBQ sauce. Bessinger's in the Charleston area is the best! We always bring a few bottles home with us. When we don't have a bottle, but do have a craving, we use this recipe. It's not Bessinger's, but it does give us our fix.
