I love Del Taco (a local Mexican fast food chain in California) and a year or so ago, they came out with battered jalapeno rings. Uh ... they are awesome. So, when I saw 'A Cozy Kitchen' and the amazing fried pickle chips, I had to put a little twist on the recipe! I hope you like them!
