This recipe is for a dense, hearty, healthy bread that reminds me of the bread my Swedish Grandmother made for me. It's delicious toasted with honey and butter. I have a friend who toasts it and spreads avocado on top. Even better it's a soda bread, so no waiting around for it to rise. Instant warm, comforting gratification.
