Tony-wiches
Jacked-up fried egg sandwiches. Secret ingredient? Grape jelly. Really. My brother-in-law lived with us for a short time several years ago and made these for us for breakfast once. In horror, we tried them (that's how our moms raised us) and to our astonishment and delight, we loved them. They're named after his dad, Tony, who invented them when he and his brother were kids. Thanks, Tony!
