These taste very similar to the lamb gyros we get from our nearby cafe. I used ground beef (only because my hubby is more afraid of ground turkey than I am of snakes), but I am positive it would be wonderful with ground turkey!! The sauce is delightful!!!! P.S. I know it looks like a lot of work, but I promise it's not!!
