I know in other parts of the country it's hard to get good Mexican food. Here in Southern California, there are fantastic, authentic Mexican food restaurants on every corner, so the homemade stuff has to be great to compete. This recipe is super tasty, the meat is tender and juicy, and best of all, it's easy as can be to make.
