Ragout and stew
I make this usually once a week and use it in a variety of recipes: tacos, burritos, BBQ beef, stews, soups and stir-fry, to name a few. The meat is flavorful and tender and so easy to make. I will sometimes cut up a chuck roast if it's on sale too and use that.
