This is a recipe that my Italian grandmother developed out of necessity, living on a ranch and having what seemed like an endless supply of oranges and avocados. The natural solution was to mix them together with some onions from the garden! This is a super easy recipe that is a savory alternative to the traditional salad, and my husband's favorite.
