Totally stole this recipe from my mom because it is one of my favorites and I always thought it must be complicated because it's so tasty---but I guess butter makes things taste great even without a ton of effort! This is the perfect side dish because it takes about 5 minutes of prep work, then you just leave it in the oven for an hour while you get the rest of the meal prepared!
