Chewy oatmeal cookies

This recipe makes delicious, chewy oatmeal raisin cookies, and it's not humanly possible to eat just one! Most recently I made these for a work meeting and by the time the plate had cycled back to me, there was only one left! I think there's something addictive in oats. I don't really follow a recipe when I make these cookies. I start with a base that you could add just about any extra ingredients to and create your own.
