Jjajangmyeon (korean black bean paste noodles)
Considered one of the national dishes of Korea, jjajangmyeon is a single-dish meal of wheat noodles covered in a thick and glossy sauce of meat, chunks of vegetables, and an amazing salty black bean paste. Can also be called jjajangbap when served with steamed rice.
