Gramma’s apple pie

I took over making this classic pie about 10 years ago and have never deviated from the recipe my gramma wrote down on a sheet of paper to give to my mother. We only make this pie once a year because, frankly, my father doesn't enjoy pie. (It's weird, I know.) Sharing my family's version of this American classic is kind of nice. I hope you all enjoy it!
