muffin whisperer pecan oatmeal whole wheat cider chip muffins

I got inspired by an Orange Oatmeal muffin recipe from Muffins, A Cookbook by Joan Bidinosti and Marilyn Wearring. Except I wanted a healthy pecan chocolate chip muffin and I had no OJ. These turned out great, and I am feeling like a Muffin Whisperer. Substitute whatever juice you have on hand, or milk, for the cider.
