I can't recall where I found this recipe but it's a keeper! Super easy, deliciously good. Can be made even easier with purchased pre-shredded cabbage and pre-diced ham. If you like potatoes and cabbage, you'll love this soup! You can also exchange stock for broth for a bit lighter flavor, less sodium versions, etc. I prefer the boldness of the stock.
