Many of you may not be aware of this dish, but to me it's memories of my childhood, it's memories of friends and family, and, well, it's delish. It's a Turkish pizza that is called Kiymali Pide.
The recipe I have uses a bread maker to make the dough. However, if you do not have a bread maker, you can use a simple pizza dough recipe.
Note: My bread maker has the capacity to make 750g and 1000g dough. The recipe is for 1000g.
