The flavors in this salad work so well together it immediately became one of my favorites. Grilling the apples brings out the sweetness and adds just the right amount of smokiness that pairs perfectly with the sharpness of the white cheddar, then there's the roasted pecans with the deliciousness of the sweet and sour vinaigrette, and well, you really need to try it for yourself.
