Super easy gluten-free mozzarella sticks. My son has recently been diagnosed with celiac disease and I have been working hard in the kitchen to make him some of his favorite foods in gluten-free form. These are so good and easy to make. They are my son's favorites and my other children (who do not have celiac) even love them!
