I love snow days! That is something I never quite outgrew. Now that I'm an adult, skipping work seems so much sweeter than skipping school ever did. Here in West Texas, snow days are few and far between, so whenever the opportunity arises, I HAVE TO make snow ice cream. This is a super-quick, super-sweet treat. Another plus is that it lacks the gritty sugar that was in the snow ice cream of my youth.
