This is a delicious and satisfying Irish Soda Bread. I've added a few slightly non-traditional elements such as cranberries and orange zest, which really add a lovely flavor, BUT you can easily put in just raisins and omit the zest if you want a truly traditional flavor!! I wasn't sure which category to put this in, so I opted for
