I know that everyone thinks their banana bread is the best, but this was love at first bite; no other banana bread compares with this one. It is from my good friend's Great Aunt. I will never ever use another banana bread recipe in my life. The crust is caramelly and crisp (even days later!). And the crumb is moist, dense, and tender.
