Because I am not a huge tofu fan (it is really difficult to make it taste good), I am often on the lookout for ways to make it taste better. This is definitely one of them. If you really hate tofu you can use another meat alternative, such as seitan, or tempeh. This marinade would go great as a dressing for any roasted vegetable as well (if you really don't dig the tofu idea).
