This is how we eat kale in Holland. The belief is that kale is better when the temperature is below zero before it is harvested. But I put the kale in the freezer the night before if it was not frozen yet. Traditionally it is served with typical Dutch smoked sausage and mustard. But any other meat is good with this dish. Do not discard the mustard!
