This is not good for you—you've been warned! I don't want to be thrown under the bus if you have to explain yourself to your doctor or Weight Watchers meeting leader. However, kids inhale this stuff and adults secretly crave it; it makes a lot and freezes well. Spaghetti, cheese and more cheese—what's not to LOVE? I serve it with a mountain of vegetables to help overcome my lingering guilt.
