I had trouble coming up with my last casserole to post this month. Nothing sounded good to me out of all my tried and true recipes. So, like she has so many times in the past, Alessa came to my rescue. She happened upon a recipe card I had given her probably 20 years ago with this recipe. I had forgotten how much I liked it.
