We had a bit of ham left from Easter and it needed to be used up. My husband and I decided we didn’t feel like ham soup so I started looking around to find something you can do with leftover ham that ISN’T soup. By the way if you have any other ideas for leftover ham I would love to hear about them. But this turned out very good, and it was quick and easy which is lovely for a Saturday night.
