  A great pizza dough made with polenta and cornmeal that tastes out of this world for a great taco pizza. Just like eating a taco, but as a pizza! So easy to make! No rising involved and can be baked as soon as it's made, or refrigerated for future use. This makes one 11-inch pizza or can be made smaller. Use an 11-inch pizza pan/stone/bakeware.
