Foil dinner – lamb hip steak with veggies

This was one of our Berkeley student poor-man meals during graduate school. Meal in a foil package...exciting enough even for company. The good news was that I could prepare it, pop it in the oven - go shopping, exercise, etc. And voila! Dinner.
