I made this recipe one day when I discovered a new spice - chipotle chili powder. I love the smoky flavor it brings out and so I add it to most everything these days. I made this recipe one day so I could use the grill and have easy cleanup. It turned out so moist and juicy. At first I made this with whole, sliced jalapenos and although I LOVED it, it turned out to be too spicy for my kids. So…I adjusted it to be not so hot.
