What to do with leftover steak is a frequent dilemma for us grillin' folks. We put a lot of love into creating a great steak, but we (at least I) almost always tend to go a little overboard. Here's something that I've recently come up with to make good use of leftover steak. It's quick, easy, hearty and good.
