Peanut butter & banana scones

These scones are thick and moist, hearty, and full of a variety of flavors. I have always been a huge fan of peanut butter and bananas; they add just the right amount of sweetness to this delicious breakfast. Bake them the night before and have them the next day for an “on the go” breakfast. Enjoy one for a snack. Or for dessert, possibly two. A great addition is a drizzle of chocolate syrup, honey, or a scoop of ice cream.
