A tasty one dish meal that's perfect for warm days! If you don't have a Caesar dressing that you love, try the one in my recipe for Kale Caesar Salad (Vegan). For the green part of this salad, I prefer to use kale or chard, but if those are intimidating to you, you can always use romaine lettuce, tossed in just before serving.
