This dish is easy enough for a weeknight meal, because most of the cooking is pretty hands off, yet it's delicious enough to serve to company. We like things spicy, so add jalapeño and cayenne according to your own tastes, however, I think the lime and brown sugar provide a nice balance to the heat.
