'Tis the season for asparagus. Spring. Oh you know, that season between winter and summer ... although we had a bit of summer when we had this pizza. This pizza is easy. It looks fancy; it’s not. The trick is shaving the asparagus. Chop the fancy top of the stalk into thin slices, then use a veggie peeler and make long strips of asparagus. Sure looks fancy, but it’s easy.
