Simple cheese sauce
This sauce is an old stand-by that my mom used to use for many dishes. I love making it to drizzle over steamed broccoli. If you have a hankering for homemade macaroni and cheese but don't want to wait for it to bake, this sauce is great mixed in with cooked macaroni.
