Grilled romaine with grilled veggies

Grilled lettuce is actually quite yummy! I wasn't so sure the first time it was put in front of me, but I love it! Give it a try, I bet you will like it too. Grilled veggies have always been a favorite of mine. They are excellent to have with couscous, brown rice, pasta, and of course, the grilled romaine. You can use your indoor grill, grill pan or grill outdoors.
