Finally, outdoor grilling season is here! I LOVE grilling outdoors. Everything just tastes better and smells better. Plus it feels better! Who doesn't love being outside around dinner time when the air is cooler and less thick. Tonight we enjoyed a couple of grilled sirloins, marinated in a sweet honey and balsamic glaze, and topped with blue cheese crumbles. It was kind of fancy for just a regular weeknight!
