I'm crazy about the combined tastes of zippy, spicy ginger and cool, creamy vanilla in this cookie! These are easy to make and super yummy. *Note: It's normal for the cookie dough to have a slightly batter-like consistency. Chilling it as the recipe directs will make it easier to work with.
