Butter balls

There are countless versions of this recipe in the world, but I truly think this recipe is the best. This was a cookie my Mom always made for Christmas or weddings, and my Mom wasn't a huge baker! If you follow the steps correctly, they will melt in your mouth. Trust me. The key is to use real butter and make sure you grind the nuts very fine. I use my Kitchen Aid grinder attachment, but you can also use a food processor.
