Butterbeer cupcakes
Cupcakes and muffins
Cupcakes modeled after the butterbeer drink from the Harry Potter books. Cupcakes are filled with a butterscotch ganache and topped with butterscotch frosting (recommended), but could also be topped with my classic buttercream frosting if all of the butterscotch is a little overwhelming (believe me, it won't be).
