Greek layer dip
I came up with this recipe after seeing something similar at a restaurant nearby. Now everyone requests this recipe at any cookout or picnic. The colors of it are beautiful, and even though it's a light, vegetarian dip, guys really go crazy over it, too! Prep time is just chopping and assembling. All the ingredients can be adjusted to your liking.
