It’s time for a sweet Southern favorite. I love rice pudding and I remember my mother making it when I was a kid, using leftover rice. It was not nearly as rich and creamy as this recipe, but it was hot, sweet and full of cinnamon. Just the way I like it. This recipe is so easy, creamy and rich.
