I'm very proud of this cupcake creation. It reminds me of a treat my dad would have with a dollop of peanut butter, doused in maple syrup and stirred to make a paste, then eaten with a banana. I don't know who came up with that combination, but it's incredibly good. So now I've come up with my version of this in a cupcake. I call it
