Applesauce cake with caramel glaze

Loaded with plenty of applesauce and warm spices, this cake is the perfect Autumn treat. The caramel glaze takes the cake from fabulous to amazingly fabulous! If you don't have spelt or whole wheat pastry flour, feel free to substitute an equal amount of all-purpose flour for each.
