I love artichokes. I love cheese. I love, love, love hot and spicy. It had all three! I was smitten at first dip! I love this recipe most of all because it's so easy - it's made in the crock pot! Artichoke dip can be dangerously easy in my opinion. If something tastes that good, and is that easy to make - be prepared to get it out of your house, before you eat it!
