This cookie was created after my favorite holiday drink, a Starbucks Skinny Peppermint Mocha. This is light and frothy, with a pinch of chocolate, a nip of espresso and candy cane pieces. I just love this cookie, and the skinny part? 40 calories with the chocolate and candy cane! Enjoy!
