It’s day two of ”7 Irish Inspired Recipes.” Here’s an extra-easy All Day Slow-Cooker Corned Beef and Cabbage recipe. From what I was told by my Irish friends, they rarely eat corned beef. Generally it’s ham and cabbage but somehow over here in America we’ve adapted the tradition of corned beef and cabbage. I’m definitely not complaining. I love corned beef.
