I've had so much trouble finding a bread machine recipe that works consistently at my altitude of 4300 ft., very dry climate. It's been hit and miss for the past 20 years. I finally made it my mission and using good ol' R2D2, otherwise known as a WelBilt AB100, bought from Costco over 20 years ago I've done it. Again and again, just good, plain white bread, soft inside and crusty outside.
