I tried to think of a clever name for these cookies, but apparently I'm brain-dead or unimaginative or whatever. Hmm, not unlike a zombie.

These cookies are crispy, chewy, oat-y, chocolatey, coconutty and insanely terrific. Just make them then eat them.
