Here’s a fun, easy way to fix chicken that you can do outside on your barbecue grill. I used a gas grill but you can also use charcoal. I set this to cooking one evening before starting some yard chores and kept an eye on it while working outside. The chicken needs to cook for approximately 1.25 hours so be sure you have adequate gas/briquettes on hand!
