Plum, streusel coffee cake

This coffee cake is a quick, easy and delicious way to use fresh plums, or other fresh fruit for that matter. Not only is is pretty and colorful; but also moist and just perfectly sweet. I adapted this recipe from the Bisquick Cookbook. The recipe is for an Apple Coffee Cake. I changed some of the amounts and added oats to the streusel; as well as adding vanilla and plums to the cake.
